Energy label

To apply for an energy label for your home or commercial property from Renewable Partners, we ask you to provide the following information. This helps us to ensure that the process runs quickly and smoothly.

Required evidence:

  • Invoices for insulation with name, address, date, description of the work, materials, and thickness. (Photos of insulation are usually not sufficient evidence.)
  • Invoices for installations (boiler, heat pump, water heater, solar panels, etc.) with name, address, date, brand, and type.
  • Invoices for glass or window frame replacement with proof that HR(++) or better has been installed, including address details.
  • Floor plans or construction drawings (optional, but useful for geometric information).
  • Invoices for air conditioners (if present and not accessible during admission) with address, brand, and type.
  • Accessibility of all areas during recording, including crawl space if present.

How do you provide this information?
Send the documents in advance to info@renewablepartners.nl (state your address and appointment date) or have them ready during the appointment.

Scoring (WWS)

Would you like to know the maximum rent you can charge or whether your property falls within the private sector? Our WWS scoring system provides quick insight into the valuation of your property.

Required evidence:

  • Floor plan or construction drawing (for surface areas, layout, and room functions).
  • Invoices for insulation and glass (to substantiate energy-saving measures).
  • Documentation of installations (heating, hot water, ventilation, solar panels, etc.), including name, address, date, brand, and type.
  • Address details on all documents.
  • Any lease agreement or property tax assessment (to verify the surface area or rent, if relevant).
  • Accessibility of all areas during recording, including crawl space if applicable.

Energy label/Point scoring (Combined service)

Our combined service combines a full energy label assessment with a WWS points score. This gives you complete insight into both the energy performance and rental potential of your home or building in one go.

Required evidence:

  • Invoices for insulation with material, thickness, name, address, and date.
  • Invoices for installations (brand, type, name, address, and date).
  • Invoices for glass or window frame replacement with proof of HR++ or better.
  • Floor plans or construction drawings.
  • Invoices for air conditioners (if present and not accessible during admission).
  • Any rental agreement or WOZ decision (for additional WWS calculation).
  • Accessibility of all areas during recording, including crawl space if present.

WWS Report

For a fully substantiated WWS report, our advisor needs sufficient documentation to correctly calculate the points and rental value.

Required evidence:

  • Floor plans or construction drawings (for usable floor space and layout).
  • Invoices for installations and insulation (if improvements affect the points score).
  • Any photos or documentation of facilities such as kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor space.
  • Address details on all supporting documents.
  • Property tax assessment or rental agreement (to verify floor space and rent limits).
  • Accessibility of all areas, including crawl space if present.

Sustainability advice

Would you like to know which sustainability measures yield the highest returns? Our advisory report shows where the greatest gains can be made in terms of energy consumption and property value.

Required evidence:

  • Recent invoices for installations and insulation (including name, address, date, brand, and type).
  • Floor plans or construction drawings.
  • Previous energy label reports (if available).
  • Photos or invoices of recent improvements (such as solar panels, HR++ glass, floor insulation).
  • Access to the home for measurements — all rooms must be accessible, including crawl spaces, if present.

I want to upgrade my label!

What is the difference between energy label A and A+++?

The difference lies mainly in the degree of insulation and the proportion of sustainably generated energy. An A label can be achieved with good insulation and an efficient installation. For A+++, more is needed: a large proportion of the energy must be generated sustainably, for example with solar panels and a heat pump.

What requirements must my home meet to qualify for energy label A?

The energy label is determined based on the fossil energy consumption of the home, expressed in kWh/m² per year. For an A label, this value is between 105 and 160 kWh/m² per year. With good insulation, an A label is easily achievable. Homes built after 1991 often already have sufficient basic insulation to fall into this category. Solar panels are therefore not necessarily required to achieve an A label.

What are the benefits of an A label?

  • An A-label home is excellently insulated.
  • You enjoy greater living comfort and lower energy bills.
  • You are contributing to a better climate.
  • Many banks offer interest rate discounts on mortgages for homes with an A label (average 0.1%–0.2%).
  • With an average home value of €387,000, this can amount to savings of €500–€1,500 per year.
  • I want to register my energy label!

While my energy label doesn't matter at all, new residents are going to renovate the entire house, Nik has still made a thorough and clear report of my old farmhouse. TOP job. Thanks
