As a proud subcontractor of Woninglabel.nl, Renewable Partners supports various major banks in making their mortgage portfolios more sustainable. We provide energy labels and customized sustainability reports on a large scale for mortgage holders throughout the Netherlands.
At the start of the project, the portfolio was technically outdated. The focus was on minimizing the stranded asset risk using the NTA 8800 methodology.
