I was pleasantly surprised by this initiative from Rabobank. I even received a phone call, which initially made me a little suspicious, but it soon became clear that it wouldn't cost me anything. The appointment went smoothly and a nice man came to visit. I wasn't sure exactly what needed to be ready, but that worked out fine too. I'm very happy that we were already doing well and had our A label.
