At Renewable Partners, we are happy to help you obtain an energy label, customized advice, or an energy-saving check for your home or business premises. To ensure this process runs smoothly, we ask you to provide some important information. Below is an overview of the information we need, depending on your situation.

For Homeowners and Landlords (Residential Properties)

If you are applying for an energy label for your home, or if you want to make your home more sustainable, we ask you to provide the following information:

  • Construction drawings or floor plans: These help our advisor to quickly assess the layout and dimensions of your home. If you don't have these, don't worry—our advisor can measure them on site.
  • Invoices for recent improvements: Have you installed insulation, double glazing, a new boiler, solar panels, or other energy-saving measures? Please provide the invoices or documentation so that we can include these improvements in the assessment of your energy label.
  • Access to all areas: Please ensure that our advisor has access to all areas, such as the attic, basement, crawl space (if applicable), and the meter cupboard during the appointment.
  • Specific characteristics of the property: Please let us know if your property is a listed building, part of a protected cityscape, or has other special features (e.g., a thatched roof). This may influence the assessment and sustainability options.
  • For landlords (additional): If you rent out properties in the social housing sector and require a WWS points score, please also provide information about the tenants (e.g., number of occupants) and any service charges.

For Customized Advice or Energy Saving Check (Additional Information)

If you request customized advice or an energy-saving check in addition to an energy label, additional information may be useful:

  • Your wishes and budget: Indicate your goals (e.g., improving your energy label to B, lower energy costs) and your budget for sustainability measures.
  • Current issues: Are you experiencing specific issues, such as drafts, moisture, or high energy costs? Please let us know so that we can look into this specifically.
  • Future plans: Are you planning to sell or rent out your home, or do you intend to continue living there for the long term? This information will assist us in providing tailored advice.

How do you provide this information?

You can submit the requested documents and information in two ways:

  • In advance via email: Send your documents (e.g., construction drawings, invoices, energy bills) to planning@renewablepartners.nl before the appointment. Include your address and appointment date in the email.
  • During the appointment: Have the documents ready on the day of the appointment so that our advisor can review them on site.

I want to upgrade my label!

What is the difference between energy label A and A+++?

The difference lies mainly in the degree of insulation and the proportion of sustainably generated energy. An A label can be achieved with good insulation and an efficient installation. For A+++, more is needed: a large proportion of the energy must be generated sustainably, for example with solar panels and a heat pump.

What requirements must my home meet to qualify for energy label A?

The energy label is determined based on the fossil energy consumption of the home, expressed in kWh/m² per year. For an A label, this value is between 105 and 160 kWh/m² per year. With good insulation, an A label is easily achievable. Homes built after 1991 often already have sufficient basic insulation to fall into this category. Solar panels are therefore not necessarily required to achieve an A label.

What are the benefits of an A label?

  • An A-label home is excellently insulated.
  • You enjoy greater living comfort and lower energy bills.
  • You are contributing to a better climate.
  • Many banks offer interest rate discounts on mortgages for homes with an A label (average 0.1%–0.2%).
  • With an average home value of €387,000, this can amount to savings of €500–€1,500 per year.
  • I want to register my energy label!

While my energy label doesn't matter at all, new residents are going to renovate the entire house, Nik has still made a thorough and clear report of my old farmhouse. TOP job. Thanks

The recording was done carefully. All documents and construction dimensions were checked/recorded by the advisor Ronan van der Loo. And good advice was given. He finished the recording within 2 hours.
