Our Role as a Consultancy Firm

Renewable Partners offers comprehensive support to homeowners' associations that want to make their buildings more sustainable. Whether you are a small homeowners' association (up to 7 apartments) or a large homeowners' association (8 apartments or more), we can help you with:

• Customized advice: We analyze the current condition of your building and draw up a sustainability plan that suits your needs and budget. For homeowners' associations with ten or more apartments built before 1992, we can request free customized advice from the Municipality of The Hague.
• Financing guidance: We advise on available financing options, such as the revolving fund loan for small homeowners' associations or the national Homeowners' Association Energy Saving Loan for larger homeowners' associations.
• Subsidy applications: We assist you in applying for subsidies, for example for roof and floor insulation, green roofs, or drawing up a long-term sustainable maintenance plan.
• Sustainable measures: We advise on concrete measures, such as insulation, energy-efficient lighting, or other energy-saving techniques, and connect you with local suppliers offering sustainable products.
