Ensure that the property is accessible on the agreed date and time.Deliver any documents physically to the advisor (e.g., invoices for insulation work).
Our EP advisor will carry out the assessment in accordance with the NTA 8800 standard. We will inspect insulation (Rc values) and installations (e.g., high-efficiency boiler, heat recovery unit) and take photographs.
Tip for the customer: Be present to answer any questions.
We draw up the report (current label, expected improvement, sustainability advice), have it checked by our quality manager, and register the label via EP-Online.
