My name is Richard. I started my career as a carpenter, after which I worked for an NGO in Kenya for several years as a workshop manager. Back in the Netherlands, I worked as an activities and residential supervisor and even spent some time as a beekeeper. Eventually, I found my niche in training to become an energy performance advisor: the perfect combination of my technical background and my desire to contribute to the energy transition.
