Consultancy work Residential properties

Renewable Partners' WWS Advisory Report is more than just a simple points tally; it is a strategic document. In today's market, where the line between social housing, the mid-range segment, and the private sector is narrower than ever, every point counts.

We not only assess the current status of your property or room, but also proactively advise you on the steps needed to reach a more favorable segment. Whether it concerns an independent property or a non-independent room (WWSO), our report provides you with the legal and financial substantiation you need as a landlord.

Your Partner in Sustainability and Real Estate Value

Renewable Partners supports property owners, landlords, and managers with independent advice and accurate reports. Whether you want to increase your return through energy ratings or comply with the latest energy legislation, we offer the technical expertise you need for a future-proof real estate portfolio.

Inventory & Planning

Every project begins with a thorough analysis of your real estate needs. Whether it concerns a single property or an entire commercial portfolio, we identify your requirements and schedule an efficient inspection that fits your agenda.

Inspection & Recording

Our certified advisors visit the property to conduct a thorough assessment. During this visit, we collect all technical data, take the necessary measurements (NEN 2580/BBMI), and assess the energy performance and WWS characteristics of the building.

Analysis & Reporting

The collected data is compiled into an official report or energy label. We translate complex data into understandable insights, immediately identifying opportunities for improving efficiency and sustainability in a clear advisory document.

Completion & Implementation

You will receive the final report and we will register the labels in the national databases. After delivery, we remain involved: we advise you on the next steps, such as applying for subsidies (ISDE/DUMAVA) or implementing the proposed improvement measures.

Independent (WWS) and Dependent (WWSO)

Since the recent legislative changes, the rules for room rentals and non-independent living spaces have been significantly tightened. Our report makes a clear distinction:

  • WWS (Independent): We analyze your entire home based on surface area, WOZ value, energy label, and the quality of amenities.
  • WWSO (Non-independent): For room rentals, we apply the specific WWSO methodology. We look at the size of the private room, the quality of shared facilities (kitchen, bathroom), and the energy performance of the entire building.
  • Optimization advice: We identify exactly which small changes (such as installing an extra sink or improving insulation) will result in a point increase that places your home or room in a higher rental segment.
  • Affordable Rent Act assessment: We assess the results directly against the new rent limits, so you know exactly whether your rental contracts are 'rent commission-proof'.
  • Investment versus Return: The report contains a clear assessment: what does the improvement cost and how much extra rental income does it generate per month?
