The SVOH subsidy (Subsidy for Sustainability and Maintenance of Rental Properties) was created specifically for private landlords and institutional investors who rent out properties below the liberalization threshold. Since the introduction of the Affordable Rent Act, the importance of a good energy label has only increased. The SVOH helps you finance the necessary sustainability improvements.
With the SVOH, you can receive up to €6,000 in subsidies per home for energy-saving measures, maintenance, and energy advice.

You will receive the final report and we will register the labels in the national databases. After delivery, we remain involved: we advise you on the next steps, such as applying for subsidies (ISDE/DUMAVA) or implementing the proposed improvement measures.
