This subsidy covers a significant portion of the costs for both energy advice and the actual structural and installation measures. Because DUMAVA often works with specific application rounds, thorough preparation is crucial.

Our certified advisors visit the property to conduct a thorough assessment. During this visit, we collect all technical data, take the necessary measurements (NEN 2580/BBMI), and assess the energy performance and WWS characteristics of the building.
The collected data is compiled into an official report or energy label. We translate complex data into understandable insights, immediately identifying opportunities for improving efficiency and sustainability in a clear advisory document.
You will receive the final report and we will register the labels in the national databases. After delivery, we remain involved: we advise you on the next steps, such as applying for subsidies (ISDE/DUMAVA) or implementing the proposed improvement measures.
