Inspection & Recording

Our certified advisors visit the property to conduct a thorough assessment. During this visit, we collect all technical data, take the necessary measurements (NEN 2580/BBMI), and assess the energy performance and WWS characteristics of the building.

Analysis & Reporting

The collected data is compiled into an official report or energy label. We translate complex data into understandable insights, immediately identifying opportunities for improving efficiency and sustainability in a clear advisory document.

Completion & Implementation

You will receive the final report and we will register the labels in the national databases. After delivery, we remain involved: we advise you on the next steps, such as applying for subsidies (ISDE/DUMAVA) or implementing the proposed improvement measures.

  • Label steps: We calculate exactly which measures (such as cavity wall insulation, HR++ glass, or a hybrid heat pump) are needed to achieve the desired jump in the energy label.

  • Subsidy guidance: Sustainability becomes even more attractive with schemes such as ISDE, SVOH, or DUMAVA. We will indicate which subsidies your project is eligible for.
