Energy label for commercial buildings (EPA-U)
Since January 1, 2023, an Energy Label C has been mandatory for office buildings larger than 100 m². Without this label, a building may no longer be officially used as an office. But an energy label for your commercial property is more than just a legal "checklist"; it provides essential insight into the energy efficiency and future value of your real estate.
Renewable Partners carries out label recordings in accordance with the current NTA 8800 standard. Our certified advisors (EPA-U) inspect the building on site and register the label in the national EP-Online database. This guarantees you an official document that is valid for sale, rental, or compliance with enforcement procedures.

Renewable Partners supports property owners, landlords, and managers with independent advice and accurate reports. Whether you want to increase your return through energy ratings or comply with the latest energy legislation, we offer the technical expertise you need for a future-proof real estate portfolio.
Every project begins with a thorough analysis of your real estate needs. Whether it concerns a single property or an entire commercial portfolio, we identify your requirements and schedule an efficient inspection that fits your agenda.
Our certified advisors visit the property to conduct a thorough assessment. During this visit, we collect all technical data, take the necessary measurements (NEN 2580/BBMI), and assess the energy performance and WWS characteristics of the building.
The collected data is compiled into an official report or energy label. We translate complex data into understandable insights, immediately identifying opportunities for improving efficiency and sustainability in a clear advisory document.
You will receive the final report and we will register the labels in the national databases. After delivery, we remain involved: we advise you on the next steps, such as applying for subsidies (ISDE/DUMAVA) or implementing the proposed improvement measures.
